Develop your care plan (traditional PCA, PCA Choice by request)
Develop and oversee your month-by-month plan (traditional PCA, PCA Choice by request)
Train, orient and evaluate new PCAs (traditional PCA, PCA Choice by request)
Supervise 16- and 17-year old PCAs
Train PCAs who assist with tracheostomy suctioning and people using ventilators
Oversee the delivery of PCA services

Hello! We are looking for dedicated and reliable personal care attendants (PCA) to join our company! We are a small PCA company who truly appreciates and values are employees.

We have a few positions open, both full time and part time Farmington, Rosemount, and Hastings.

Must be able to pass a background check and have reliable transportation. It would be a plus for you to have a valid driver's license as some of our clients require their PCA to transport them in their vehicle to appointments.

We are looking for an office assistant that would be responsible for billing, filing, copying, organizing, checking emails, eligibility and more!

This person must have reliable transportation, want to grow within the company, positive attitude, a good communicator and good work ethic!

The hours of this position are Monday-Friday 8am-4pm and IS NOT a remote position. You will be working in Bloomington, near MOA.
