CustomCARE is one of the larger PCA agencies in Minnesota that serves children and adults with disabilities and the elderly population. We are currently seeking PCAs and homemakers to assist clients with personal cares, activities of daily living, errand running, homemaking, homework help, outings in the community, and behavior management.

Job Requirements:
Provide personal cares: Dressing/Undressing, grooming, Bathing, Eating, Transfers, Mobility, Positioning and Toileting.
Provide homemaking activities: Light Housekeeping and Laundry
Provide Community Interaction: Drive clients for Grocery, Shopping, Running Errands and Community involvement.
Musts:
Pass a Department of Human Services of Minnesota Background Study.
Authorized to work in the United States.
