Hydration is so important, especially when on any sort of medication. Here is one way to make it more fun for yourself or your loved one. 😊💦

As we age, our thirst levels may decrease which makes staying hydrated all the more important. Most seniors should aim for 6–8 cups of fluids per day, unless their doctor says otherwise.
This includes:
✔ Water
✔ Milk
✔ Herbal tea
✔ Broth-based soups
✔ Fruit-infused water

Try to have some form of fluids at each part of the day- upon waking, breakfast, mid-morning, lunch, afternoon and evening.
