Randy tweaked his back with some yard work over the weekend so we called an audible and hit the belt squat! Ended up with 410lb for 5! Ita important to listen to your body and adjust your training but nor skip it!

Sally wanted to work on balance! So in her program we do traditional lifts like squats and presses but we also have a little fun! Like this side loaded overhead carry with a heel to toe walk! The more your coach knows the more they can help with! Her husband took on mulching this past weekend and she was very happy with her ability to step up into the bed of the truck and maintain her balance during the job! We train hard to make life easier!!!

Preston has been working with me for a few years now! During us working together they found a cancerous tumor in his neck that couldn't be removed and needed treatment! With studies showing an increased survival rate for those who resistance train through treatment he knew stopping wasn't an option and trained the whole way through! We made modification for his PICC line and days he felt ran down! He is now free of cancer and still rolling on through with me!

With studies showing a reduced rate of cancer and a higher survival rate for those who train it is a must to give your body it's best chance at winning one hell of a fight!! The hardest thing in life is preparing for things that may never come but if they do I promise you would much rather be standing prepared at the door than caught ill prepared. This is about quality of life and longevity to squeeze out as much time with those you love the most!
