Today our client Joan was on grandma duty but didn’t want to miss her session! Here at Trident that’s no problem! Bring the little ones while you work up a sweat! They can look around and enjoy our free WiFi while their loved ones pump some iron! We are fortunate enough to be able to help out our clientele so they don’t have to take off days! Trident is more than a gym, we’re family! Stronger together! ❤️
