A huge thank you to Melissa from IU Health for stopping by and dropping off some much needed donations for the ladies at Becky’s Place! We are so grateful for the continued support from our community and partners who truly care.

We also appreciate Melissa offering smoking cessation classes for our ladies. Opportunities like this can make such a positive impact, and we are thankful for the resources and encouragement being provided.

Are you in Indianapolis today? Come on out to the community gathering just north of the Indianapolis Children’s Museum. Free blood pressure screenings, food, music and lots of fun. The team will be there until 4 o’clock.

Thank you to all of the legislators and community leaders who attended the IU Health Community Health – Bloomington Open House over the weekend.

During the event, attendees learned about community programs that support infant and maternal health, chronic disease management, aging populations, behavioral health, and the social determinants that impact overall health.

The open house was followed by a community health fair offering free screenings and resources, helping connect individuals and families with services that support healthier lives.

We appreciate everyone who joined us and supports efforts to improve the health of our community.
