Our Annual Winter Gala, Snowflakes & Soirées, was truly a night to remember at Meadowood Senior Living. Surrounded by residents, friends, and family, the evening was filled with smiles, laughter, and plenty of holiday sparkle. Everyone arrived in their best dressed, and our Meadowood staff certainly brought out their finest as well!

The rooms were glowing with joy, elegance, and togetherness, everything that makes this season so special. All seasons are a wonderful time to call Meadowood home, but there’s something extra magical about the holidays spent together.

What a fantastic Inside Story Series event at Meadowood Senior Living! We had the pleasure of welcoming Brandon Flom, an Anatomical Education PhD student at Indiana University Bloomington, who did an amazing job breaking down the immune system in a way that was both educational and fun.

Our residents enjoyed learning fascinating facts about how the human body fights off sickness and stays healthy. Brandon used creative and easy-to-understand metaphors to explain the important roles our cells play, turning a complex topic into an engaging conversation. Even better, residents were encouraged to come up with their own metaphors, which made the discussion interactive and full of smiles.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this event such a success. We’re already looking forward to our next Inside Story Series, which will be held on Thursday, February 19th, from 11- 1 PM, titled Insights into the Cardiovascular System.
