🤝💜 Partnering for Community Solutions 💜🤝

Taylor and Jessica from Transitions Hospice had the opportunity to present to Springfield Police Department officers this week, focusing on how we can be part of the solution as officers respond to calls involving seniors in our community.

To make sure no one was missed, we attended all six briefings across two days — 6 AM, 2 PM, and 9 PM — ensuring every shift had access to the same information and resources.

These conversations matter. When first responders understand available options like in-home support, safety oversight, and coordinated care, it helps connect seniors and families to the right resources sooner — often preventing repeat calls and improving outcomes.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to collaborate, educate, and support those serving our community every day. 💜

🎉💜 Bingo Fun at Countryside Estates! 💜🎉

Taylor had a great time calling Bingo at Countryside Estates in Petersburg! There were plenty of smiles, laughs, and friendly competition throughout the afternoon.

Activities like Bingo do more than entertain — they support social connection, mental engagement, and routine, all of which play an important role in overall well-being. Moments of connection like this help residents stay engaged and uplifted.
