Most people with sciatica are told to rest, stretch, or just “manage it.”

But if the pain keeps coming back, there’s usually a reason.

Michael came to us dealing with severe sciatica pain connected to his hips and SI joint. Instead of just chasing symptoms, we focused on understanding what was actually driving the issue and teaching him how to fix it.
