-WOMEN’S STRENGTH FOCUS COURSE-
BEGINNING 9.12.23
This 6 week course coached by women, for women, is open to anyone looking to make progress and build strength!
Sessions will meet on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:15-6pm (45 minutes) and will include 12 sessions total.
With a focus on strength, this course is open to all athletes, members and non-members, beginners or veterans. All athletic abilities are welcome and can expect to experience measurable progress in strength over the course of this 12 session training.
