Today’s masterpiece? A slice of creativity — literally!

Our residents had a blast painting white sheet cake using colored icing as their palette. From vibrant florals to sweet abstract designs, every creation was both beautiful and delicious!

🐻💜 Today, Hope the Bear spent meaningful time on our Legacy Lane, visiting with residents living with dementia and Alzheimer’s.

She shared quiet moments, warm smiles, and gentle hugs — reminding us all that connection doesn’t always need words.

Every visit deepens her understanding of why the Walk to End Alzheimer’s matters so much. Hope is walking for these incredible individuals and the families who love them.

Together, we honor their strength, their journeys, and their legacies. 💜

🐻 After a hard day’s work helping around the campus, Hope the Bear took some well-deserved time to unwind (and a cookie from the Bistro)!

She spent the afternoon soaking up the sunshine in our courtyard — tending to the garden 🌸 and showing off her skills at a friendly round of mini golf ⛳️.

Whether she’s lending a helping paw or enjoying a peaceful moment outdoors, Hope reminds us to find joy in the little things. 💜

🐻 Hope the Bear has been hard at work today!

She rolled up her sleeves and pitched in around the Stonecroft campus — helping clean floors, tidy up common areas, and learning what it takes to keep our community running smoothly. 🧹🧼✨

Along the way, Hope met so many of our amazing team members who work behind the scenes every day to make Stonecroft feel like home. From housekeeping to maintenance to dining and wellness — she loved getting to know the heart of our campus! 💜

🎨🐻 Hope the Bear got creative today with our residents and made purple bead bracelets to support the upcoming Walk to End Alzheimer’s! 💜

With nimble paws and a lot of heart, she strung beads alongside residents while sharing stories and lots of laughter.

Hope's purple bracelet is a small but powerful symbol of hope, awareness, and unity in the fight against Alzheimer’s.

Hope will be proudly wearing hers at the walk — and she hopes you will too! 👟💪

🐻💜 Last night, Hope the Bear joined our Memory Care Support Group to listen, learn, and stand in solidarity with families and caregivers affected by Alzheimer’s.

She heard stories of love, resilience, and the challenges that come with memory loss — and was reminded why raising awareness and funds through the Walk to End Alzheimer’s is so important.

She loved exploring all the vibrant blooms, picking out purple flowers for Alzheimer’s awareness, and enjoying the sunshine with friends. 🪻☀️

🐻 Even Hope the Bear needed a little rest and relaxation!

After several fun-filled days of walks, crafts, and connection — and a sweet send-off into the weekend at our Ice Cream Shop Happy Hour on Friday 🍦— Hope took some time to recharge with a trip to the Stonecroft Spa!

Hope reminded us that self-care is just as important as staying active — especially when you're gearing up to help end Alzheimer’s. 💜
