While we may not post often on social media, we’re always active on our mats, sharing space and energy with our amazing community. ✨

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved Zoey, who left us peacefully yesterday, surrounded by those who loved her most.

Zoey brought joy to everyone with her boundless curiosity, spirited personality, and affectionate nature. She cherished her time at the studio, whether exploring, napping, or sharing moments with everyone during yoga practice.

Though she will be greatly missed, her memory will forever remain in our hearts and within the studio. We are grateful to everyone who embraced her with love and welcomed her into their lives and yoga practice.

Anyone interested in a trip of a lifetime? We just got back from a week in Tuscany. I call it a yoga vacation not retreat because it is the perfect balance of mindfulness and fun. I met these two when I was 13 years old. They know me better than anyone else on the planet. I want to say a very public thank you for all of your help I Italy. I mean I didn’t even have to ask for help. You were just there knowing me so well doing what needed to be done. In the perfect way at the perfect time. It is not lost on me how lucky we are to have each other. ❤️😘

La dolche Vita! The sweet life. Leading a yoga vacation in Tuscany was a dream come true for me. We had 17 kind, funny, strong and fiercely smart women that came together to enjoy life to the fullest. Everyone asked, “Would you do it again?” My answer, “YES.”

Day class, Monday 10-11:15 am. Flow and let go!! This practice will be dedicated to find balance and space. The first half of the practice we will build heat and the second half we will slow down for a restorative practice.
