🦅 Live Raptors Visit – A Wildly Amazing Experience! 🦉

Today, October 22, we had the incredible opportunity to host Live Raptors from the Minnesota Raptor Center – and what a thrilling experience it was!

We were introduced to three fascinating raptors:
🔴 Red-tailed Hawk – With its iconic rust-colored tail and powerful presence, this majestic bird reminded us why it's one of the most common (and awe-inspiring) hawks in North America.
⚡ Merlin – Small but mighty, this fierce falcon wowed us with its speed and agility.
🌙 Strigidae Owl – A true nocturnal beauty from the owl family, it gave us insight into the mysterious world of these silent hunters.

A huge THANK YOU to the MN Raptor Center for the informative and captivating presentation. Your work in education, rehabilitation, and conservation is truly inspiring, and we’re grateful for the chance to learn about these incredible birds up close!

🚗💦 Teamwork in Action at FVB! 💙

On October 17, David and several of our amazing Directors rolled up their sleeves and helped wash cars with our brand new Car Wash at FVB — all in partnership with our Foundation Committee!

This exciting addition was made possible thanks to the generous donations from our residents. Your support not only helped bring this project to life, but also made our first community car wash a fun and meaningful success!

Thank you to everyone who participated, donated, and came by for a wash — and a special shoutout to our leadership team for leading by example!

🎶✨ A truly special evening at FVB!

On October 13, we had the honor of welcoming the incredibly talented Kenwood Symphony Orchestra to perform for our residents. The music was absolutely beautiful and filled the room with joy, emotion, and a touch of magic. 🎻🎼

Our heartfelt thanks to the orchestra for sharing their time and talents with us—it was an unforgettable experience that left everyone smiling and humming along.

🎭✨ What a fun-tastic time we had at FVB on October 13!

A huge thank you to our amazing ventriloquist performer, who had the crowd laughing, clapping, and totally captivated! From clever puppetry to quick-witted humor, it was a show to remember. 🤩🧸🎤

It’s always a joy to bring unique entertainment to our community—and this one definitely had us talking (and laughing) long after the curtain closed!

What a fantastic time we had at October Fest on October 9!

A big thank you to everyone who joined us and made it such a joyful celebration. The amazing accordion music by Mark Stillman brought the spirit of the season to life — toes were tapping, smiles were everywhere, and a few even hit the dance floor! 💃🎶

We loved seeing our community come together to enjoy good music, laughter, and festive fall vibes. 🍁

What an incredible day of flavor, culture, and community at our Multicultural Fair on October 8! 🎉

Residents and team members came together to share their heritage through delicious homemade recipes — from cherished family dishes to global favorites. The variety of tastes and stories behind each dish made the event truly unforgettable. ❤️🌎
