Mariah is a Family Nurse Practitioner and Air Force veteran with extensive experience in emergency care, trauma, flight medicine, and family practice. Her clinical approach emphasizes integrative, patient-centered care, with a strong focus on functional medicine principles and long-term health optimization.

She is committed to delivering thoughtful, individualized care and empowering patients to take an active role in their health and wellness. We’re thrilled to have Mariah join our practice, please help us give her a warm welcome! 💙

🎄 Holiday Closure Notice – Together for Health & Wellness 🎄

Our office will be closed from December 24 through January 3 and will reopen on Monday, January 5.

During this time our current patients may:

📤Send messages through the patient portal for non-urgent questions, prescription refills, or scheduling. Our staff will be checking them periodically during this time but please allow time for them to respond as we are spending time with our families.

📞Call the on-call provider for urgent, non–life-threatening concerns, 570-238-9080 and follow the prompts.

🚨 Medical Emergencies:
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Current primary care patients may contact our on-call provider as needed. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please go to the nearest emergency room or call 911 immediately.

Heads up, Together Friends! Our office will be closed for the rest of November due to construction. We’ll reopen December 1st with fresh updates to our space.

During this time:

• Telehealth Only: All scheduled appointments will be done by phone until December 1st.
• Labs / IVs / Injections: If you have one scheduled, we’ll give you a call to coordinate.
• Feeling Sick? Primary care patients can still reach our on-call provider by calling 570-238-9080 or sending a message through the patient portal. We’re here for you.

As a thank you for your flexibility, every active member will receive a punch card for 5 free healing modality sessions when we reopen.

We appreciate your understanding while we make improvements to better serve you. We can’t wait to reopen at the start of December and show you what we’ve been working on. 💓
