Trauma comes in many forms, and affects everyone differently. Today, is a traumatic day in history none of us will forget, and with the recent events in our country, the trauma continues to intensify and permeate our lives. I don’t think we give enough attention to how all of these “current events” can impact our level of functioning and disrupt our daily lives.

Sometimes we need a reminder, that even in the toughest of days, when we aren’t sure we can go on, not positive we can face another day, WE DO, and will continue to make it through the days. YOU are NOT alone in this world, we can still stand united like we did 24 years ago! 🇺🇸

Anger is the “easy” emotion to express, we don’t have to explain ourselves because everyone understands anger and it tends to push people away. Instead of using anger as a defense mechanism, come join us to work through and process that anger to see what is behind it 🍀

We have a compassionate social worker joining our team, and another who is increasing to full time🎉This means we have immediate openings to help, whether it be anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship issues, trauma, grief, parenting support, mood, anger... we are here to walk this journey with you! We are a strong group of women who accept all ages and populations, are contracted with most major insurances, and we offer in person as well as telehealth counseling appointments.
