                                            When looking for a wellness coach, or yoga instructor, how do you know you’re finding the right individual?
There’s often a wide range of skill, knowledge, and competency in the coaching and yoga space. How can you know a coach or instructor is qualified to help you? 
 
Looking at the education and qualifications your coach or teacher has received is a great place to start!
I’ve trainied with some of the best organizations, to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to help my clients reach their peak. 
The prestigious Mayo Clinic Wellness Coach Training Program taught and developed evidence based techniques that are proven to be effective in supporting lasting behavior change. The Mayo graduates finish this program with a strong skillset, prepared to utilize Motivational Interviewing and Positive Psychology techniques to guide clients to success. I firmly believe this to be the best prepratory coaching program in the nation. 
My yoga training began at the excellent StudioB Yoga Center in Danville, PA with certification in Vinyasa Flow Yoga and the RYT-200 credentials through the Yoga Alliance. It continued with certifications in breath coaching, yin yoga, restorative yoga, mindfulness meditation, and yoga nidra.
Currently working towards the RYT-500 designation through  with the goal of becoming a Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialist. This therapeutic based program focuses heavily upon the function and dysfunction of the human body, and prepares the graduates to be adjuncts to the care of doctors and healthcare providers.
Through this program, I’ve completed and hold certificates in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Sequencing with Purpose, Mindful, Trauma Informed Yoga, Recognizing Red Flags in a Therapeutic Yoga Setting, and Conducting a Comprehensive Evaluation in a Therapeutic Setting. 
My passion lies in helping clients build mindfulness and awareness of their central nervous system. Offering modalities to help return and build health in that system.
