Cycle + Circuit is the ultimate 60-minute full-body workout designed to challenge and strengthen you from start to finish. The class begins with 35–40 minutes on the bike, helping you build endurance, elevate your heart rate, and burn calories, before transitioning into 20–25 minutes of circuit-style strength training on the floor. This combination of cardio and resistance work allows you to maximize your time by improving both cardiovascular fitness and muscular strength in one efficient session. You’ll leave feeling strong, accomplished, and fully worked, both physically and mentally.

Maddy is AFPA certified and will be teaching Hot Power Pilates 45 on Mondays at 4:30PM and Fridays at 6:00AM starting next week. She spends most of her free time working out at Soulstice and will be starting CRNA school this May ✨

Throughout class we layer in sculpt style sequences that create deep muscle fatigue and definition, the kind of burn you love. This format bridges the gap between traditional sculpt and strength training, helping you build your confidence with heavier weights while still getting that satisfying full body burn.
