Meet Farrah ☀️
She will be teaching a motherhood movement class. It’s a class geared toward prenatal and postpartum mothers. Focusing on mindset, as well as core/pelvic floor safe movement for mom. Also, babies are welcome! 😊 This class is designed to be a safe place to encourage women to stay in/return to the fitness space with their babies in mind. Moms supporting moms. 💛
A few words from Farrah:
I’m a nurse and have my CrossFit level 1 certification as well as 2 different perinatal fitness certifications: Birthfit and Mamastefit prenatal and postnatal fitness instructor.
I love that Soulstice is centered around getting the community excited about fitness and wellbeing through a variety of classes. Janel is so supportive of all walks of life, and really just wants to figure out what will bring you to the gym in order for you to find your community and encourage your fitness goals.
I’m passionate about women’s health and specifically prenatal and postpartum support. I teach childbirth education in the community, and hope to help women “build their village” through education and collaboration with other women’s health experts. I love doing anything outdoors with my family…camping, skiing, hiking, you name it. 💛
