The good thing about sharing space with the Dojo is that I have matted floors, so you technically don't even need a mat for practice....👀

Don't let the word "active" keep you from getting into the practice of yoga. Yes it's a bit faster and we might work on some body strength, BUT always come to your resting poses and know your body! This is SUCH a great way with getting in tune and in touch with yourSelf and knowing what YOU need.

Hi! It me, weird and all. I love my weirdness. If you know me at all, I laugh randomly, laugh at my own inner thoughts and jokes made, love to make random noises, talks to myself constantly, gets too passionate over my ideas etc.

What types of classes would get you to show up for yourSelf? What type of classes interest you, what times work, etc?
