As someone who has survived various forms of abuse, physical injuries, addictions & more throughout my lifetime I had loads of trauma to work through. As I type this today on 5/2/2024 I am 8 active years into my holistic lifestyle & career. It is by the grace of God that I am here today living a healthy life of love with the man I love in our blessed family. Many people over many years tried to pull me back down into toxic lifestyle choices & codependent living. It is my calling to have your back & help you learn to advocate for yourself & your family and be an active participant in your healthy life.
