🏥 Coming Soon: The New Calhoun Liberty Hospital! 🎉

We’re excited to share that our brand-new, 50,000 sq ft hospital is almost ready to open! This modern facility will offer expanded inpatient and outpatient care, with future plans for on-site MRI services — all right here in Blountstown.

After Hurricane Michael severely damaged our previous building, this marks a powerful step forward for our community. As the only critical access hospital within 35 miles, we’re proud to continue providing essential care close to home.

Today we had a chance to walk the new hospital with Calhoun and Liberty County Law Enforcement, Fire Departments, City and County leaders, Emergency Management personnel, Calhoun EMS, local Chamber of Commerce board members and our Calhoun Liberty Credit Union neighbors.

As we prepare to see patients in August, it is important we collaborate with our partners and prepare for emergency response. We are thankful for our community partners support!
