After beginning her career at CLH as a Radiologic Technologist, she pursued additional training and earned her Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA) certification, expanding access to women’s imaging services close to home.

Her professionalism, calm presence, and attention to patients reflect pride in her work and dedication to the community she serves.

As we kick off the new year, we want to recognize colleagues whose dedication stood out during the final quarter of 2025.

🎉 Employee of the Quarter - Carol Bush brings a positive attitude to every task and is someone teammates rely on in our inpatient unit. She steps in wherever needed, manages multiple responsibilities with ease, and supports both patients and coworkers with consistency and care.

🎉 Leadership Excellence Recognition — Whitney Duncan played a key role during CLH’s transition into our new hospital. She helped stand up the inpatient unit and Emergency Department to ensure continuity of care. Her steady leadership, planning, and hands-on support helped teams navigate change and continue providing care throughout a complex and demanding process.
