Calhoun Liberty Hospital’s Swing Bed / Transitional Rehab program provides short-term rehab and skilled nursing care to help patients regain strength before returning home - all close to the comfort of family and community.

As patients meet their goals and discharge from the hospital, availability changes. We currently have limited openings.

February is Heart Health Month. ❤️ If you or a loved one is recovering from a cardiac event, surgery, or living with a chronic lung condition, Calhoun Liberty Hospital offers cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation services right here in our community.

These programs are designed to help improve strength, increase endurance, and support long-term heart and lung health, all under the guidance of a caring, experienced team.
