Sonder Wellness will be closed from July 14th through July 17th for a little summer vacation and family time. 🌴🍉

We’ll be back in the office on Monday, July 21st, refreshed and ready to care for you!

🌱 How to Make Your Cells Healthier

✅ 1. Eat Whole, Nutrient-Dense Foods

Antioxidant-rich foods (berries, leafy greens, colorful vegetables)

Omega-3 fats (wild-caught fish, flax, chia seeds)

Crucial nutrients: vitamins A, C, D, E, B-complex, magnesium, selenium, and zinc

🚰 2. Stay Hydrated

Proper hydration improves cell transport, detoxification, and metabolism.
