Happy (belated) birthday to Sara Bowers, a valued member of our support team (and Dr. Bowers’ daughter!). Sara helps behind the scenes with office assistance and housekeeping, and her reliability, positivity, and willingness to jump in wherever needed help keep our office running smoothly. We’re grateful to have her as part of the Destination Eyecare family.

We’re also celebrating Lizzie Snodgrass from our First Impressions Team. Lizzie is often the first friendly face our patients see, and she does an amazing job helping everyone feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door.

Our locally owned optometric practice is looking for someone with the necessary skills to manage prior authorizations, claims, denials, and aged receivables. Strong applicant will have 3+ years of medical billing experience. Your duties will include keeping the Accounts Receivable under 30 days and managing the billing process from start to finish.
