At a recent retreat, shared a cooking class. He shared how to make Ginger Salad dressing from scratch as well as how to make Thai Curry. Behind it all, we were reminded that the secret ingredient in all the food he makes is LOVE. When it is prepared with love for those that you love, it will be delicious.

Our Chakra Garden is a representation of our Love for the land, Shakti, and the infinite vitality that is here embedded in the earth. Just over two years ago, this area of the property was part of the lawn. It is now a thriving 3.5 coiled spiral with over 40 garden beds. We grow lots of veggies and flowers. It is prime season to enjoy all the fresh broccoli, cucumbers, kale, tomatoes, lettuce, cauliflower, zucchini, and more. Gardening continues to remind us, we don’t have to “do anything”. Our role is to simply create the nourishing environment. The Divine will take care of the rest. 🌱💞💫
