"I can't believe I even had that thought! What is wrong with me?" Have you ever found yourself thinking this? To some extent this is normal. We all experience intrusive thoughts from time to time. If these intrusive thoughts become persistant, cause us great upset, shame or even make us question who we really are - it is time to seek out help to get some relief from this unhealthy thinking pattern.
