I love how he explains regulation and how we all are impacted by dysregulation in our day. This is why at TherapyWorks, we always emphasize regulation first. Our clients must be regulated in order to learn, grow, take on new challenges, tackle new tasks and communicate.

We have an immediate need for an OT in our Blue Ash clinic and in our school based contracts.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team full-time. This hybrid role includes both clinic-based and school-based services with a focus on serving children with diverse developmental profiles including Autism, ADHD, sensory processing differences, motor delays, and more.
The ideal candidate is flexible, creative, and passionate about child-led, strength-based, and affirming therapeutic practices.
