As Autism Acceptance and Awareness Month comes to a close, we’re not just looking back we’re holding onto what this month has meant.

Last week’s Autism Walk brought together something bigger than an event. It was connection. It was support. It was people showing up for one another in ways that truly matter. Families, staff, and the individuals we support stood side by side reminding us what community is supposed to look like.

Every step taken was a reminder that acceptance isn’t a moment or a month it’s a commitment. A commitment to listening, to understanding, and to creating spaces where everyone feels seen, valued, and included.
