🌟🌟 I'm so excited to share these two new prints! Same placenta but two separate prints and I have to say I love them both!! (** I do not usually do two separate prints with the same placenta **) Thank you to my sister in law Ash for letting me make this print for you! I do the easy part so truly the thanks goes to the mommas spending 9 months making these placentas for me to work with.



Placenta prints aren't for everyone, and their are different reasons why it may not be your cup of tea but.... when they turn out like this !! How can you not want one!?

You do not have to have a doula at your birth, or have me as your doula for that matter. You can commission a print made whether you are planning a hospital birth, home birth, doula supported birth, or a birth with just you and your birth partner.

It’s not often you get to do something for someone that you look up too. This print went to it’s home today and I feel very fortunate that I got to make it. I’m happy with how it turned out !

Some new prints from a beautiful momma and her sweet new baby born with fierce determination and super strength! She overcame a very complicated first labor and birth and the changes to her birth plan/team COVID-19 provided but with the support of her providers, her loved ones and her own inner power she had the birth she wanted!

A birth doula is someone who provides physical, emotional and informational support before/during/after birth. The role of a doula includes listening and providing unbiased, evidence based information to families so that they feel equipped to make decisions through their birthing process.

So much love ❤️ so amazing ❤️❤️

Against all odds
~
After more than two years and thru surrogacy, IVF, breech positioning (that was successfully flipped), and a scramble to change birth plan due to COVID-19, baby Luca was born safe and sound yesterday morning at his surrogates home and caught by his mom at long last.
I’ve been quiet on here for a little while getting myself mentally, physically and emotionally ready to document this incredible birth during this unprecedented time.
It was incredibly emotional to be around other people for the first time in weeks (all in masks and thoroughly sanitized) and for such a monumental occasion. Throughout this tragedy that is COVID-19, I have kept afloat emotionally knowing that but to witness life emerging in real time, amidst such worldwide heartache- I’m forever changed.
~
Now, more than ever I am inspired by the power of humanity and the perseverance of love. Thank you, thank you to and your beautiful surrogate C and your families for inviting me into this year of your lives and for showing me what true sacrifice and dedication to family looks like.
