Redo after some other door company.
The problem door was hard to open and close.
What I did
Cut both tracks out of the concrete, Made jam brackets adjustable, installed bearing on the shaft between the springs (they left that out), shaft end bearing brackets were on the wrong sides spring line was too high in the center, relocated slide lock to proper location so it wouldn't rub on the track on the way up. Installed some missing track bolts. The door tracks were hung with lumber ( it works) and not garage door angle iron ( The preferred way) To sum it up it was a poorly done door installation.

Opener trolley had two broken pieces off of it. It could have been avoided if the company that installed the door and opener would have done it correctly in the first place along with the missing (never installed) screws on the hinges and truss bars.
New opener trolley tighten the chain and hung the opener two more times from the steel rafters.

Sunday funday, removed door #4 and walled it in, to fix door #5 and it's done.
