Hi Folks! Just a quick update from massage land. I have landed on the Blue Hill peninsula full time. I needed to give up my practice in Portland to focus on family and my practice in Blue Hill. I miss my Portland area folks but am grateful to be more stationary at my office space in Blue Hill.

Hi Everyone,
I hope this email finds you all well, happy and healthy going into the winter. The fall slipped away from me and I apologize for not sending out an email to update you on my schedule. Most everyone that I have seen on a regular basis didn’t miss a beat but some have reached out to ask if I’m still back and forth or still practicing. The answer is YES! My shared office in Blue Hill is such a sweet space, shared with some incredible humans. I also continue to offer my mobile practice down in the southern Maine area. After asking my regulars which they prefer, office or mobile, most prefer mobile so that is what I have decided to continue. I enjoy the contrast of both. I am grateful to all of you for making this work and for your patience on getting on a schedule that works best for us both.

Gift Certificates
A few of you have asked about gift certificates. They are all made up and ready to sell or send out. You can purchase those directly from me or simply send me an email with details and I can mail it out for you. Please email me with any questions you might have.

Snow Days / Sickness
We haven’t had much snow the last couple of years but I need to talk about it as many have asked what my policy is. It will vary between which location I am in.
Blue Hill peninsula: If school is canceled I will “most likely” cancel your appointments. The best way to handle this is; if you feel uncomfortable with the road conditions and don’t want to drive please cancel your appointment. Your safety and comfort is the deciding factor. You will not be charged for canceling your appointment due to road conditions or sickness. I will also do my best to get you rescheduled as soon as possible which might include a weekend if necessary.
Southern Maine:
For the most part I don’t mind driving in the snow. I will do my best to be there if the roads aren’t crazy. If I feel like it's unsafe I will cancel and get you rescheduled. If you need to cancel your appointment because of road conditions or sickness or your children's sickness you will not be charged for your appointment. I will get you rebooked as soon as possible which might include a weekend if necessary. A bit more about sickness: Please understand that I am coming into your home to massage you. If other members of your family are sick please let me know in advance. I want to make the best educated decision for my own wellbeing and also my future clients. I might decide that rescheduling you is best for everyone involved. Thanks for understanding.

Hi Everyone,
Happy Solstice to you all. I hope this finds everyone healthy, happy and well. I wanted to email with an update for the rest of the summer for all of those who know their schedules and plan ahead. Blue Hill
I continue to be blown away by the support. I couldn't be happier in this shared space with such great humans. I love everyone's feedback about how peaceful the space is and how great it feels to receive bodywork in the treatment room.

I am currently still offering mobile massage and working on finding an office space to use a couple days a week for those who prefer to leave your home. I will keep you posted on this as it becomes available. I plan on continuing mobile offerings for those who prefer this.

Mask Update
In Blue Hill we are asking that folks still mask while entering and moving around the common areas of the shared space. Once in my treatment room if you have been fully vaccinated you can take your mask off if you wish. Like anything you are at choice to continue to wear your mask if you wish.

Portland folks receiving mobile massage treatments are not asked to mask if you are fully vaccinated. Like anything you are at choice to continue to wear your mask if you wish.

Folks have been asking if I am taking new clients. The answer is YES! I continue to build my practice in both locations and appreciate referrals. Word of mouth is the best advertisement. Thank you

Hi Everyone,
Thank you for all the heartfelt welcoming and well wishes for the new space in Blue Hill at 35 Tenney Hill Road. It was so nice to get settled in and see many of you there. The space feels amazing!

Moving forward I am full for the next visit in May because of the brief time I am able to spend there. June is right around the corner and I want to give you ample opportunity to schedule. I will be on the Blue Hill peninsula

Happy Spring everyone!!

I have some exciting news I wanted to share with you all. I have rented a shared space in Blue Hill. My massage space is located at 35 Tenney Hill in Blue Hill (beside Arborvine where Borealis Press was). I will be sharing space with Meaghan McKay, Judy Davis and Nicole Heath. I do plan on continuing to split my time between southern Maine and the blue hill peninsula. I look forward to seeing some of you here at the new location. I'm excited and honored to be sharing a space with such wise women.

If you are wondering if I will still be offering mobile massage in the Blue Hill area, the short answer is yes. For some of you this works really well and some prefer to come to an office space. I will see how this splits over time but for now I will still be offering both. From time to time I might ask that you see me in the office if the timing doesn't work out for mobile. For the Portland and surrounding southern Maine area I will remain mobile.
