Hi y’all! As some if you know, after a series of failed tests I had quadruple bypass surgery last week. I am back in Blue Ridge and on the mend. It’s definitely going to be a process. I am, however, feeling so very blessed that there wasn’t any previous heart damage. Please, listen to your body, the doctor feels much of my issue was due to heredity, please don’t discount any family history that you know. My first full day back home was the summer solstice… here’s to the fresh beginnings in my life… ♥️♥️♥️
