Award-winning singer and animal rights activist Billie Eilish believes that eating meat is 'inherently wrong' 🤔

Taking to Instagram, the 24-year-old shared graphic slaughterhouse footage and called for people to 'pls take a look at urself'.

"Go watch a documentary or two and some footage of what is done to the animals u claim to love and what it does to the planet u pretend to love as well," she wrote.

"If that footage was hard for u to watch i encourage u to pls take a look at urself. like i am so tired of standing up for/having empathy for living beings being controversial.

"Pls continue to live in a constant state of cognitive dissonance and denial and try to convince urself that ur not living a lie."

Speaking to Elle, she added that 'eating meat is inherently wrong' and that loving animals and eating meat 'cannot coincide'.

This was just to see if we could do it. Just to see how it might land, what it might do, how people might respond.

We knew of course but this was all the confirmation we needed.

After this — sacred rage: rise and rebirth was born! More facilitators, bigger space, more to do—

The feedback at this first retreat was: “more to do!” Done. You can nap or play non-stop!
“Longer!” Done. Not this one, but at the end of the year— this fall, we descend again into sacred rage but this time: for five days!
