Feeling Grateful

This was a wonderful, crazy, busy week full of firsts - first time trying a new food, first time using pictures to communicate, first time using speech to request something, first time graduating to a new level in our program for severe challenging behavior. I am so proud of both our kids and our parents who have had their own firsts this week.

None of this would be possible without our fantastic staff. For each of these amazing moments, there is often hundreds of hours working towards this moment.

One of my favorite days of the year is when I get to take our latest cohort of student analysts (Skyler & Cailan) to their first professional conference in ABA. Our BCBA, Hannah Lasley, and I are getting some great ideas from the latest research to better serve our clients.
