I have been on a very emotional journey since August and instead of taking care of my self, I kinda haven’t. This needs to change. I know it’s a process and not an easy one at times.
I know the importance of health and wellness. It has been my lifestyle and goals for each of my clients to achieve.
Yesterday, May 1st, I promised myself I would do something everyday to move my body, feed my body better (even if it’s one celery stick 🤣) and calm my mind. To be intentional with my actions and not just go through the motions, even if it’s only 5 minutes.
