Can you really get healthy when you’re in constant pain? Keep watching to see how my nearly 98 year old dad does it😍. Health looks different for different people…For some, it’s running marathons. For others, it’s simply stretching in bed before starting the day. 😬If you live with chronic pain or physical limitations, “getting healthy” might feel out of reach—but health isn’t just about movement. It’s about doing what you can, with what you have, in the way that works for YOU. 🍎Eating nourishing foods, getting enough rest, managing stress, and even small, gentle movements—like raising your arms, breathing deeply, or stretching your fingers—are all steps toward better health. If you have upper body weakness or limitations, focus on your legs—try 👍standing squats, 👍gentle walking, 👍or ankle circles. If your knees, legs, or ankles are the issue, shift your attention to your upper body—👍build strength with light weights, 👍arm lifts, 👍or shoulder rolls. 🪑And if you’ve never tried chair exercises or chair yoga, you might be surprised at how much of a workout and stretch you can get—all while seated. 🔬Experiment. Adapt. ❤️Find what works for you. You don’t have to compare your journey to anyone else’s. 🥳 Honor where you are and celebrate what you CAN do. Because every step, no matter how small, matters😘. ❓BTW what do you think about my almost 98 year old dad doing chair exercising in the video above❓ SHARE in comments below 👇
