Orchid offers comprehensive primary, preventative and same-day care services to all ages in a respectful and compassionate manner. We are here for you whether you’re looking to stay healthy, alleviate negative symptoms, seek specialist consult, receive rapid care, or have any other health question. We accept nearly all insurance plans and we make your appointment convenient with less wait time and paperwork. No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay; and we offer a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income. The McKenzie River Medical Clinic is located at 54771 McKenzie Hwy, Blue River, OR 97413. Orchid Health's policy is to provide essential services regardless of the patient’s ability to pay. In Oregon, students must be up to date on required vaccinations or have an approved medical or non-medical exemption by this date to stay enrolled in school. If records are not current, students may be excluded from attending until requirements are met.

We accept nearly all insurance plans and we make your appointment convenient with less wait time and paperwork. Our experienced medical team is here to help you stay healthy, pursue your health goals, and assist in times of urgent need.

We’re here for you, with exceptional local care for you and your entire family.

The McKenzie River Medical Clinic is in Blue River, Oregon on Highway 126 east of Eugene/Springfield, right across the street from the Blue River Post Office. Currently, the Clinic is open Monday through Thursday, 8:30 am to noon, 1:00 pm to 5 pm. Our two providers are Tia Cloke, DNP, APRN, NP-C, and Mary Gabriele, MD. Our phone number is 541-822-3341. The Clinic is closed on Fridays.
