Family Nurse Practitioner

Randol is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), with a clinical focus on primary care and wellness optimization. She is dedicated to a patient-centered approach that prioritizes natural therapies and lifestyle-based strategies to support long-term health and healing. Randol is passionate about equipping patients with the knowledge and support they need to take an active role in their care. Outside of her work in the clinic, Randol enjoys CrossFit, gardening, and spending time outdoors with her family. Her faith informs her purpose and guides her commitment to delivering compassionate, whole-person care.

We’re excited to introduce the newest addition to our team — Andrea Leader, our in-house Certified Life Coach specializing in Anxiety, Stress, and Grief for first responders, veterans, and anyone in need of support.

Andrea is certified through IAP Career College and has always had a heart for being a safe space for others. She’s someone people naturally turn to, and someone who listens without judgment and truly cares. Her passion lies in helping others find peace, strength, and healing during life’s most difficult seasons.

When she’s not coaching, Andrea enjoys spending time with family, exploring the outdoors, and connecting with nature and wildlife.
