Sweet Nataly is serving a local school district with us four days a week and will be spending one day a week at the Hive! Nataly is incredible with the kids and speaks Spanish! We're thrilled to have her on the team!!
Meet Nataly Ward, SLP-CF, a passionate speech-language pathologist with a heart for amplifying voices! A proud graduate of Rockhurst University, Nataly has dedicated her career to empowering individuals of all ages to communicate confidently. Nataly’s background includes advocating for children in court as a staff Guardian ad Litem, working as a behavioral therapy-focused teacher in an autism program, and clinical experiences in early intervention, school settings and adult therapy.
Nataly enjoys serving both adults and children with a passion for language and functional skills. She believes that all forms of communication should be celebrated. Whether through spoken words, gestures, AAC, or any other modality, she is dedicated to ensuring that every person she works with feels heard, understood, and valued. Nataly emphasizes the power of an individual's “voice” and the importance of human connection.
When Nataly isn’t working, she’s soaking up quality time with her family— her baby girl, husband, and two lovable dogs. She’s always on the hunt for a good bite to eat and a place with a great vibe. Born and raised in South Florida, she thrives in the sunshine and will take any excuse to be near the water!
