Little things in life make a BIG difference for your spine. Try not to put your wallet, phone, or keys in your back pocket while you're sitting. Sitting on your wallet could cost you more than you realize. When you tilt your pelvis to one side, you start to round your back instead of sitting upright. Stress is put on your spine and musculature as they compensate for the pelvic imbalance. All of this can lead to pain, inflammation and degeneration. Sitting on your wallet can also irritate the sciatic nerve which runs down the back of your leg.
