Today, we lock the doors to Mantra Wellness Center one last time, and it’s with a heart full of gratitude that I reflect on the countless moments of healing, connection, and growth we’ve shared within these walls. 💚

This space has been more than just a center—it’s been a sanctuary, a community, and a place where dreams were nurtured and lives transformed. Thank you for being part of this journey and for trusting us to support your wellness and growth.

While this chapter is closing, our journey together is far from over. We’re excited to continue serving this incredible community in new and meaningful ways—through MenlaScan sessions, the Restoring Harmony program, and more.

Mantra’s spirit lives on, and I can’t wait to share the next evolution of this beautiful journey with all of you. Together, we’ll continue to create, heal, and grow. 🌿

With a strong intuitive connection you can confidently guide yourself through the journey of life.

Join Aviana on Saturday, January 18th in her "Strengthening Intuition" workshop from 12:00-1:00pm.

Class will begin with a brief discussion explaining what intuition is, how it differs from regular thoughts and anxious problem solving, its importance, and the benefits of strengthening your intuition. This will lead us into a few intuition games, a fun approach to strengthening your intuition! Playing these games will help you learn how your intuition speaks to you! This will vary from person to person; some people hear things, some feel or sense energy, other people may get more visual communication and see an image flash or fixate on a poster in the room.

She will also provide the class with at-home exercises they can do to continue developing their intuition. Class will conclude with a gentle meditation where we will release our inhibitions and fully lean into our intuition. This meditation will help you become aware of the blockage that may be keeping you from fully trusting and utilizing your intuition. With love and acceptance, she will walk you through releasing it and welcoming your intuition in. From this space, she will invite you to connect with your intuition and allow whatever information needs to come through.
