We elevate busy professionals, who want to look better, lose weight, have more energy, and feel more confident in their own skin. Our clients are held accountable, get stronger, increase energy, feel confident in their own skin, and learn how to lose weight without starving and doing a bunch of cardio. Unlike other personal trainers at big box gyms and fitness classes, which are not personalized, our clients aren't lost in a big group of people or given a cookie cutter program. Elevation Fitness is the only one that wants you to be able to eat as much quality food as possible and have just the right amount of movement in your life. We provide quality coaching with personalized and structured programming that helps you fit this way of living into your lifestyle. We have years of knowledge, experience, and always provide good vibes in a positive environment. We want busy professionals to know they don't have to starve or do a bunch of cardio to lose weight and get toned. We care about helping busy leaders feel more confident with their bodies, feel better, look better, and not hide behind their clothes. We want professional leaders to have a coach who walks them through every step of the way. Our lives are so busy these days and it's hard to make time for ourselves. Professional leaders think they need to barely eat and do cardio to lose weight, but that's not true. We teach you how to fuel properly with plenty of food and have just the right amount of movement in your life. Our coaches live this life, we walk the walk, and it is our God given purpose in life. We are certified through the top personal trainer organizations and have several different certifications and specializations.

A little over a year ago, we had every client drop to ZERO pounds on back squat and we broke down the form to build it back up to high quality.

We are proud to say these ladies have officially hit over 100 pounds with proper form and with a slow tempo and isolated hold.

Congratulations to these ladies! This is a HUGE accomplishment to see from where they started to where they have grown to! GREAT JOB Ladies! Way to push yourself past your doubts and GET IT DONE!

December Client Of The Month is Shannon Buslepp!!

Our clients are provided nutrition coaching that includes deep healing of the metabolism. And that’s not an easy task! It takes a lot of mental toughness and trust in your coach. It takes daily work and sacrifice. Shannon has been the best trooper in this process- she’s eating more after years of under eating and she’s eating cleaner foods!

As an ER nurse, she endures A LOT and also works over nights. She doesn’t have an easy schedule, yet she still shows up with a more than positive attitude and always smiling! She works hard, puts in 110% effort, and she’s more than deserving of this appreciation month.

You won’t get to your goals by making excuses!

For anything in life! Whether it’s weight loss, getting stronger, saving money, your career, your relationships, your house, your health, bettering yourself…all things!

Photos of the beginning of Elevation Fitness 8 years ago when I decided to quit the big box gyms and train on my own! I didn’t have much, but I had passion and that’s what matters.

I’ve always been a hard worker and excuses are a bunch of 💩 to me…I’m a “suck it up buttercup” type of person. No whining and complaining, just do it. Dont sit and drown in the sorrows. And I believe that’s what keeps pushing me forward.

I went from financially struggling and divorced with lots of confusion in where my life was going to pursuing my dreams and not letting anything take me down. And trust me, many things and people have tried to take me down.

Most people focus on calories and protein… but micronutrients (your vitamins + minerals) are what support your energy, hormones, recovery, and fat loss.

The easiest way to make sure you’re getting enough?
Track your fiber.

Fiber-rich foods such as veggies, fruits, beans, whole grains, nuts, seeds. All are packed with the micronutrients your body needs to feel and function at its best.

When you track your fiber, you’re directly tracking the quality of your food intake.
Low fiber = low nutrient density.
High fiber = high-quality fuel.
