We want professional leaders to have a coach who walks them through every step of the way. Our lives are so busy these days and it's hard to make time for ourselves. Professional leaders think they need to barely eat and do cardio to lose weight, but that's not true. We teach you how to fuel properly with plenty of food and have just the right amount of movement in your life. Our coaches live this life, we walk the walk, and it is our God given purpose in life. 70 pounds down. And a completely different life because of it.

Josh didn’t walk in confident.
He walked in frustrated, uncomfortable, and tired of avoiding parts of his life.

When we first talked, he told me:
He didn’t like how he felt in his own body.
He avoided social situations.
Communication in person was hard for him.
And deep down, he knew if nothing changed… it was only going to get worse—physically and mentally.

That’s where we started.

His nutrition?
One big meal a day, pizza on Fridays, takeout on the weekends. No structure.

His training?
Non-existent. No routine. No accountability.

So we simplified everything and got consistent.

We built a routine he could actually stick to:
• Strength training 2x/week
• Walking consistently
• Structured, balanced meals

We focused heavily on nutrition—
Now he’s eating throughout the day, prioritizing quality foods, and consistently getting over 200g of protein.

No extremes. Just ex*****on.

And over time, it added up.

Josh is down 70 pounds.
More confident.
More present.
And no longer sitting on the sidelines of his own life.

Josh didn’t walk in confident.
He walked in frustrated, uncomfortable, and tired of avoiding parts of his life.

it’s not because you’re “getting old” or “your knees are bad.”

It’s because something in your training is off.

Most people jump straight to blaming their joints…
when in reality, it’s usually:

• Weak glutes
• Poor movement patterns
• Lack of mobility
• Doing too much, too soon
• Or just… no real plan

And here’s the truth most people don’t want to hear:
👉 Avoiding leg day won’t fix it
👉 Resting forever won’t fix it
👉 Random workouts definitely won’t fix it

100 sessions. And a completely different direction.

When Mary started, she was frustrated, uncomfortable, and honestly just tired of not feeling like herself.

At 68, dealing with Fibromyalgia, low energy, decreased strength, and rising blood pressure—it would’ve been easy to accept that as “just part of getting older.”

But she didn’t.

She showed up.
Again and again.

She committed to the process, even on the days she didn’t feel like it. She built a routine. She put in the work every single session. And over time, that consistency started to pay off in all the ways that matter—getting stronger, moving better, and starting to feel more like herself again.

And one of the best parts?

Coach’s Dream Client Award: Shannon Buslepp

Shannon came to us like a lot of people do—hardly eating, frustrated, and stuck. She wanted to lose weight, but nothing was working.

From the start, she trusted the process.

When we talked about repairing her metabolism through a reverse diet, she didn’t hesitate. No second guessing, no overanalyzing—she just said “let’s do it” and let me coach.

She didn’t want to focus on the scale or body fat numbers. She let me handle the data and focused on executing.

And that’s exactly why this worked.

Over the last 9 months, Shannon went from eating around 1300 calories to 2200 calories a day. Not by eating junk—but by consistently fueling her body with what it actually needed.

Then in January, we shifted into a cut.

Right now?
She’s losing body fat… at 1800 calories.
