We know emotions and concerns are growing over the Coronavirus pandemic. We value the many different opinions on the best way to handle this situation. As a business we have decided to stay open for those that wish to continue with the services we provide. We also understand that this choice is not for everyone and respect the decisions that you make for you and your family.
We do ask that if you are not comfortable keeping your appointment please call or email to inform us of your desire to cancel. We are asking those that have symptoms, the possibility of spreading, or have been in contact with someone who is ill; not just with the Coronavirus, but any transmissible illness to please cancel.
We are always committed to providing a thoroughly sanitized environment by following state board requirements for cross contamination preventions. Our cleaning protocols have always included sanitation of all surfaces and equipment after every client. Each room is and has always been completely broken down with removal of sheets, towels, head rest/bolster covers, and etc. that are either thrown away or taken to laundered. The massage/esthetics beds, side tables, warmers, shelves (as well as items on shelves), mirrors, doors, walls, trash cans are each sanitatized and rooms remade with freshly laundered bedding and towels. We also sanitize all used products and utensils, essential oil/massage oil bottles, as well as hand sanitation bottles after every service. We have now increased our sanitation efforts to our reception and all other areas to every 2 hours in lieu of our standard two-three times per day.
Our reception desk still has a hand sanitizer for client use. We are following all mandated State and Federal guidelines and making sure to pay attention to every detail.
As a small local family owned business, we are vulnerable in these situations and we very much appreciate your business and continued support. Spa Serenity LLC is doing all we can to continue to operate as normal without service disruption.
