🌟 Intern Spotlight: Meet Rosa! 🌟

Rosa joins us as a clinical intern and current master’s student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She brings five years of hands‑on experience in community mental health, working with children, teens, and adults.

Rosa has supported clients navigating ADHD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and more. She also has experience in group work, grief processing, and DBT‑informed care. Practicing through a Gestalt lens, Rosa helps young people build awareness, connection, and confidence in their own experiences.

We’re so excited to have her on our team!

SaneShops aren’t “sit and talk” groups. They’re interactive, therapist‑designed workshops that help kids grow emotionally, socially, and mentally without pressure or awkward sharing.
What kids can expect:
🎯 Connection + communication skill‑building
🧠 Engaging, therapist‑designed activities
🎲 Games, movement, creativity
😊 Participate at their comfort level
🤝 A supportive community of kids learning together

🌟 Therapist Spotlight: Meet Addi! 🌟

Addi’s a licensed professional counselor who works with individuals of all ages, specializing in play therapy and attachment with young children (3 and up), adolescents with symptoms of depression, anxiety, ADHD, social skills, grief/loss, and trauma.

Her client‑centered approach integrates DBT, play therapy, somatic and creative art techniques, and EMDR.

We’re so grateful to have her on our team!
