Hi everyone, I am hosting a new offering this Friday morning. It’s called Morning Club. Free to join. This meeting will be held on zoom and it will start around 7 AM. It is for those who love their morning time, but would love to include others in the practice. This is also for moms and busy folks, who want to get their mindfulness in and be held accountable with a group.
What I will offer is: Meditation, breath work, journal prompting and connection. I also have other ideas of sharing practices like making Matcha, dry brushing, etc.. Eventually I would love if other people want to jump in and host the event for us. This has been on my heart for a long time and I'm inspired to do it now because I’ve been participating in another morning club that I adore. It has changed my entire mindset about the morning routine. And helped me realize We don’t have to always do it alone. We ALL need this. I hope you can join!
