As my Instagram ads are of the must have Longevity pills and Face Creams let’s not forget Movement and Whole Foods are the #1 and only way to live a longer healthier pain free life.

What I do each week..

Yoga and Mobility every day..We all have past injuries or certain areas holding tension you have to work on them.

Whole Foods, these are one ingredient foods for every meal. Yes you have to cook and clean. If you can’t cook U-Tube it.

Lift Weights at least 2 times a week. All the studies show and how I trained my clients you will get results if you are consistent. I train 3- 4 days a week now but on busy weeks it is 2 times. Exercise, especially resistance training, stimulates the production of various hormones, including hGH and IGF-1, both of which have been shown to improve skin appearance in different ways. Just goggle this one too.

Keep moving- 8-10k steps a day.

Americans are lazy and I am pretty sure it will be the strongest mentally and physically who will survive.

The amount of money people are wasting on supplements is insane…get your blood tested and see what your body needs. My levels are perfect and along time ago I was low on D3 and B12 and I took those cheap supplements for a while. Now they are normal! I take a mulitvitamin and collagen supplement for joints.

Now someone help me get these supplement

I have been Quiet 🤐 on SM. As I approach my 41st birthday,🎉 this year has brought on a lot of stress but so much growth in my mind and body!

When I’m stressed and there is nothing I can change about the choices I made you have to own it and take one day at a time until you can change what needs to. More to come on that as next year will look much different than this past year. 😊

6 months ago I was in a lot of pain in an ongoing neck shoulder issue. Nerve pain and also weakness in muscles. Something I have delt with on and off for years thinking it would never go away some days.

After listening to and all the advice from about shoulder pressing and even just starting out light with 5 lbs to stabilize. So that’s what I did. I started light and slow. Being consistent each week is key! I have always lifted weights but wanted to get stronger this time.

Today I pressed 25lb dumbbells one arm at a time over head for 6!!!!

The one thing I have done is get off social media and focus on my self to build strength the last 4 months. I slowed down cardio and only walk. 3 days of week of Full body workouts. I work on mobility and yoga each day even for 5-10 minutes morning and night.

I believe Perimenopause has kicked in this year as Anxiety is higher and just my mood swings are all over the place.

Let’s be honest 40s are a wild ride for women but working out, eating Whole Foods daily is the only way to help our mental state.

Just a little Update!

In all honesty it has taken me about 1/2 the school year to get comfortable in my job as a PE Coach.

I have been in the country club Industry, management roles, long time personal trainer and yoga teacher.

Nothing and I mean nothing prepares you for teaching kids not only how to use there bodies, be team players, and manage all different personalities and abilities as being a PE Teacher.

I believe in always challenging oneself mentally and physically and I sure have tested myself here. Balancing my own workouts, family life and teaching took time.

I teach K- 8th and I have learned so much and love how the kids look up to me and ask me fitness questions all the time. I create a theme each Month and February is for the Love ❤️ of Fitness and 🏈 football!

January was Full of Snow! ❄️ From Snowshoe, WV all the way to the Golden Isles of GA. (Last two Pictures) We had spent our New Years in the mountains teaching the kids to ski and had our first school snow days.

I LOVE the peace and quiet the snow brings.

The reflection time and slowing down.

The need to clean and reorganize to get ready for something…

That something is Spring and Summer!! The time to awaken and start something new 🤔

So if you are in a time of relaxing and reflecting embrace it, it’s what nature intended for us.

You know your 40 when on vacation with your hubby and instead of being busy and doing all the things… you relax in the afternoon grab a coffee and just watch the birds and listen to the palms sway.

Much different than my college days at Flagler in this amazing little city of St. Augustine.

More pictures to come, we are foodies so we are making our rounds to our favorite spots.

Also, still need to rest as I am not 100% my best with a lingering cough.

Well Hello Insta Fam!

It’s been awhile…. Life has been busy… still wondering what to post here as I don’t have a business but I realized with my new Job as a PE coach I think 🤔 I’ll post how amazing our youth is and the fun new activities we are doing. Also, as I have gotten much busier in my life I got slammed by the Universe with my family getting sick and I am recovering from Pneumonia right now. First pic is my son who won’t leave my side and asking me what I need all day. ❤️

Today marks 3 weeks I have been sick and over 5 days with a Fever and body aches I am finally able to go to work this week.

What I have Learned:

I fell into the MOM trap of doing it all and realized I can’t and need help.

I’m still working on my Throat chakra and using my voice to speak my truth.

Oh and my husband wants to help…. I just needed to tell him what I needed. Why do we think they can read our minds 😆

I really do like my job as Busy and wild 🤪 kids are, my first year of teaching I’m learning all the classroom management skills and it will take time.

I missed all the kids and they couldn’t wait to see me when I got back to school was the sweetest thing ever. ❤️

I need to balance my energy and the energy of all the kids I am around.

I miss teaching yoga but I believe my up coming trip to the Caribbean to teach over Thanksgiving will get my groove back and hopefully in 2025 I can start teaching maybe 1 class a week.

Now back to gaining my strength with some food, walking, yoga and pilates.

Trust the universe!! Big Announcement 📣

Long story short….
My children’s new school was hiring a Part Time PE coach and I mentioned to two people how that has always been my dream job if I went to work again.

Well the Retired coach came back to teach BUT last Week he had a change of heart and the Principal called me last week and asked if I was interested in the job because she heard from those TWO ppl I had interest!

After a week of meetings and hearing more of working 3 days a week and 3 Lessons a day of helping K-8th learn how to move there body and develop sports skills I couldn’t have been happier to accept!!! Also, adding bits of yoga and nutrition chats as well.

So all three of us are now St. Francis Crusaders!!!!

Start date of school is TBA as we are now closed till the storm passes. All Florida and GA friends please stay safe!!

I will still be teaching yoga 🧘‍♀️ on Monday and Friday now at 11:00 AM!!
