What I do each week..
Yoga and Mobility every day..We all have past injuries or certain areas holding tension you have to work on them.
Whole Foods, these are one ingredient foods for every meal. Yes you have to cook and clean. If you can’t cook U-Tube it.
Lift Weights at least 2 times a week. All the studies show and how I trained my clients you will get results if you are consistent. I train 3- 4 days a week now but on busy weeks it is 2 times. Exercise, especially resistance training, stimulates the production of various hormones, including hGH and IGF-1, both of which have been shown to improve skin appearance in different ways. Just goggle this one too.
Keep moving- 8-10k steps a day.
Americans are lazy and I am pretty sure it will be the strongest mentally and physically who will survive.
The amount of money people are wasting on supplements is insane…get your blood tested and see what your body needs. My levels are perfect and along time ago I was low on D3 and B12 and I took those cheap supplements for a while. Now they are normal! I take a mulitvitamin and collagen supplement for joints.
Now someone help me get these supplement
