Cleat Education Drop-In 🏈

At WWC, we don’t just treat athletes we teach them. Drop by and learn how to actually use the tools of your game.

• Spatting: Doc will show you how to tape for function and drip.
• Ankle Warm-Ups: Learn the best pre-game ankle activation drills with your cleats on.
• Lockdown Lacing: Discover how to tie your cleats to lock your heel in and reduce slippage.
• Proper Fit Check: Make sure your cleats fit right and aren’t holding you back.

It’s completely free! Just bring your own tape.
You’ll need 1 roll per foot of self-adhesive athletic wrap (VetWrap, Coflex, PowerFlex, etc.). You can grab it at IFA, CAL-Ranch, Tractor Supply, or any farm/feed store.

Exciting News!

Wasatch Wellness Chiropractic is moving to a new location to better accommodate our growing community! 🎉 Our new space will feature a variety of new amenities, including a roller massage table, compression boots, dry needling, NET therapy, and an in-house massage therapist. We can’t wait to welcome you to the new office starting October 1st! Stay tuned for special grand opening pricing to celebrate this exciting move.

While we’re thrilled about the future, this decision has been bittersweet. We’ve truly enjoyed our time at and will miss them greatly. Here’s to growth, new beginnings, and continuing to serve you better!
