Unpaper Towels inspired by autumn.

These reusable, multipurpose towels are a combination of absorbent flannel and lint-resistant Birdseye cloth. The Birdseye does a great job of cleaning mirrors! And, after a few more washes, the fabric becomes even more absorbent. Approximately 11x11. Available in the Etsy Shop link above.

“The desert works constantly to forbid it, and still the cactus blooms.”
This quote, which I cannot cite, is why I love cactus blooms. I appreciate all flowers, but the cactus blooms against all odds. Having lived in the desert, it was amazing to see stunning blooms often coming from plants that seemed almost dead. To me, it is the epitome of redemption: new life resurrected from old. Isaiah 35:1-2 resonates with this same truth. And while the glory of the cactus bloom is fleeting, the hope of every life made new in the resurrected Christ is eternal…..eternally vibrant, eternally fragrant, eternally lifting its petals in adoration and worship of the One to whom its life is owed.
