Good morning friends! It has been a long while! As a lot of you know, I struggle with using social media. I'm not a big fan of it. It can be a very straining or toxic experience. Overuse of phones can also cause text neck, issues in your hands, wrists and shoulders, as well as vision changes. I also feel that communicating through social media is more for the person sending the message, and less for the person receiving it because we don't get to experience their reactions or their emotions firsthand. When we disagree with someone, we can't see the reactions that our words cause. This is also true when we share words of affection. Our bodies, our hearts, and our brains miss out on that aspect of communication with one another, and over time we get desensitized to it.

With all of that being said, social media is a great way to communicate with a vast amount of people that you might not normally communicate with. It can help strengthen bonds with someone or a group of people over vast distances. It is also wonderful for word of mouth advertising.
