As we wrap up the year, we’re reflecting with gratitude on the incredible progress made across the Poka-Bache Connector Trail. Since 2021, an outstanding $38.8 million has been invested in planning, building, and connecting our four-county trail vision. This momentum is powered by dedicated partners, generous donors, engaged communities, and everyone who believes in creating an 82-mile corridor linking Pokagon State Park to Ouabache State Park.
