“Prior to using LensQuote we struggled with our annual supply capture rate of contact lenses. Even though we had our products priced appropriately, and provided patients with rebates, they had the misconception that we didn't provide a good value.
We tried handwriting out their benefits, using excel sheets, and other software products, but they were all cumbersome and were often a forgotten tool and didn't help sales.

Give Patients Want They Want
There are three key pieces of information every patient wants before making a buying decision: their Prices, their Options, and their Value proposition (POV).
Imagine your comfort level if you were asked to buy a new TV in a store with only one option, no price label, and it wasn’t ‘on sale’. In this situation, you’re missing all 3 parts of the POV, making it very hard to buy that TV. Optometry offices make it hard for patients to want to buy contacts when they only ask a patient “Would you like to buy an annual supply today?”.
