Today at MHCO, residents enjoyed an inspiring afternoon as Janean Shannon shared her journey competing in the Senior Olympics and the World Masters Heptathlon. From hurdles to high jump, Janean proved that age is just a number—and determination is everything.
Stories were unforgettable, and everyone enjoyed a few snacks while learning about her incredible achievements.
