MHCO is honored to present the Bluffton Lion's Club with a $5,000 contribution towards their fundraising efforts for a new intergenerational, all-abilities playground right here in Bluffton!

This inclusive playground will be designed so people of all ages and abilities can come together and enjoy a safe and welcoming space together. We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to support this project!

A Little Love for Leo!
Today, Harriet Moyer stopped by to share some extra love with our favorite furry friend, Leo! This handsome facility cat brings so much joy to our residents and Care Partners—and he soaked up every bit of attention Harriet gave him.

We were honored to host Legion Post 382 and spend time with our Veterans! The Allen County Veterans Service Commission provides our Veterans with coins and quilts in recognition of their service.

Honoring Our Heroes at Willow Ridge
Today we gathered to celebrate and thank the brave men and women who have served our country. Our residents and team took time to share stories, express gratitude, and honor those among us who wore the uniform with pride.
We’re so thankful for the sacrifices our veterans made—and for the privilege of calling them neighbors and friends.

Two campuses, twice the fun! Maple Crest “card sharks” visited MMH to teach everyone how to play Sevens. Duane Bollenbacher, a natural at teaching, helped guide the players and share some winning strategies. It was a mild, sunny fall afternoon filled with friendship, laughter, and a few friendly competitions!

MHCO October Snacks & Facts
This month’s Snacks & Facts was extra creative! Residents enjoyed a fall-themed painting session led by Awakening Minds Arts of Findlay — complete with scenic barns, colorful landscapes, and a lot of laughter. We love seeing our residents try new things and express themselves through art. Thank you to Awakening Minds Arts for bringing such a fun and inspiring afternoon to MHCO!

Maple Crest Trick or Treat!
Our Maple Crest residents had a blast passing out candy to all the little ghosts, goblins, and superheroes who stopped by for Trick or Treat! The halls were full of smiles, laughter, and plenty of sweet treats. Thank you to everyone who joined in the fun — it’s always a joy to see generations come together and make such special memories!
