Hott grew up in the small north-central Indiana town of Rochester. He attended Purdue University, West Lafayette campus, from 2000-2004 obtaining his Bachelors degree in Health Sciences. Dr. Hott subsequently attended IU School of Dentistry from 2004-2008 in Indianapolis. He graduated from IU with distinction, received the Dean’s Gold Medal for high national board score achievement, and was elected by faculty to Omicron Kappa Upsilon (a national dental honor society). After graduation Dr. Hott spent a year working for a not-for-profit hemophilia clinic in Topeka, IN and then gained further experience during the following four years at a dental office in northeastern Indiana. He is currently a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, Omicron Kappa Upsilon, Indiana Dental Association, and the Isaac Knap District Dental Society. Dr. Hott brings a diverse and comprehensive portfolio of dentistry including: wisdom teeth removal, dental implants, root canals, fixed prosthetics (crown and bridge), removable prosthetics (partial and full dentures), simple extractions, fillings, esthetic dentistry, and orthodontics such as Invisalign. He loves spending time with his family, running, cycling, and other outdoor activities.
